1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hands On Electrical Group website at handsonelec.com.au and any services provided by Hands On Electrical Group ABN (to be confirmed), a licensed electrical contracting business operating in Victoria, Australia. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services

Hands On Electrical Group provides residential and commercial electrical services including but not limited to: powerpoint installation, lighting installation, switchboard upgrades, data and network cabling, split system installation, CCTV and security installation, and appliance installation. All electrical work is performed by A-Grade licensed electricians in accordance with Australian Standards and Victorian electrical safety regulations.

3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required once the job commences. We will always communicate any changes to the scope of work and obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work. Prices quoted are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our online booking system. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, and will provide reasonable notice where possible.

5. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. All electrical work is covered by a workmanship guarantee in accordance with Victorian consumer law. If you experience any issues with work we have completed, please contact us promptly and we will attend to rectify the issue at no additional charge, provided the issue is attributable to our workmanship and not to subsequent interference or misuse.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hands On Electrical Group's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
